Show jumping at it's best within the Forces!

It is always great to see our members on our leagues, but what an achievement some of our riders have had with smashing the British Showjumping Leagues!

PC Charlotte Lee & Zarina smashed the South West Silver League at the end of September with a whopping 654 points leaving them in 1st place (out of 374 riders) and leading the horses into a well deserved winter break.

2nd place was sat on 502 points, so this was a massive achievement for a rider who balances a full time career as a Police Officer in Dorset Police.

PC Philippa Wratten & Ginelli Z were placed 10th at the end of the same season and also 64th with her other ride Don D.

This was in a league of some 697 riders and as a full time Police Officer within Kent Police, this is another massive achievement.

Cadet William Field of Somerset Cadet Force has been setting the world on fire this year and within the British Showjumping for Schools 1.10m League has topped the table in 1st place riding his horse Sprite II.

He also took 3rd place with his ride Konningshoek Mistique and 13th place with his final ride Noah.

Brother Ted, also a Cadet of Somerset Cadet Force came 2nd on Sprite II within the 1.00m League proving that Team Field are a superb team!

Ms Julia Hardy & Jizebelle Van D'oude Bosh has had an epic year with the leagues and going to Belgium. Julia grabbed 156th place on the East Midlands Silver League out of a total of 255 riders.

We are looking forward to some FE Team training with this lady in 2019.

PC Amy Meecham of West Yorkshire Police riding her Burnhamite Samsara came an amazing 167th place out of 1272 riders in the Northern Bronze League.

A new member to Forces Equine, Amy is showing real talent and it is great to see her doing so well - bring on 2019!

LBdr Christie Farren did rather well with Rosemount Hill taking 374th place in the Bronze Northern League. As a full time soldier in The Kings Troop RA, British Army, it is inspiring to see this lady get out and do so well within the main stream British Showjumping Leagues. With 1272 riders within the league, to place so highly is brilliant! Well done Christie!

Our members mentioned above are only a few of our rising stars. We are always proud with what they do and it is great to see so many achieving so much. If you want to be part of the Forces Equine family, please visit our website and wait for the membership savings that you can grab in December 2018 - we will make it a very Merry Christmas for so many!
