The majority of my background is in health and fitness, whether that be competing myself or coaching the general public how to move better and more efficiently.

I spent my first 6 years in Suffolk, where I met my amazing better half, working in the equine industry at a British Eventing centre while funding my coaching badges. This is where I gained an incredible understanding of the needs for riders, from beginner level learners to higher level competitors. Through this I went on to attach a core conditioning element to my qualifications as a personal trainer, which I find is a key element to riders training.

I have now been a coach for 10 years, having gained my nutrition coaches qualification and also in the process of becoming a lower back pain and exercise specialist coach. I have worked with people from all levels but my heart lies with the general population. Helping people to move and function better, gaining better levels of strength, conditioning and body composition.

In the current climate I run virtual fitness classes. Which are an incredible way to help keep you motivated, accountable, fit and strong during these times. 

These sessions include high intensity interval training, fitness test, core conditioning and other challenges to keep you engaged while we are locked down.
