Elementary Dressage League

The Forces Equine Elementary Dressage League brings riders together to compete at the Elementary level, combining affiliated and unaffiliated results into a national leaderboard. It offers a competitive yet supportive pathway to build experience and work toward championship qualification.

How this league works
Competing in the Elementary Dressage League is simple and rewarding. Just follow three easy steps:
1. Compete
Enter eligible Elementary‑level dressage tests at recognised competitions or approved online events. Both affiliated and unaffiliated results count toward league standings.
2. Submit Your Scores
Upload your results to the official Forces Equine system for inclusion in the league leaderboard.
3. Earn Points & Progress
Points are awarded based on your percentage score. Accumulated points determine your leaderboard ranking and contribute to championship qualification.
The Elementary Dressage League runs with fair and transparent rules to ensure an excellent competitive experience:
Eligibility
- Open to all Forces Equine community riders
- Points awarded per eligible Elementary‑level test only
- Each horse‑and‑rider combination earns points separately
Points and Rankings
Leaderboards update regularly based on accumulated points from eligible events using the table above.
Submitting Results
- All scores must be submitted through the official Forces Equine system
- Only complete, verified results will be included
Conduct
- Riders and horses must demonstrate sportsmanship and respect
- Any disputes will be reviewed and resolved by the Forces Equine committee, whose decision is final

Championship Qualification
Qualification for the Forces Equine Championships is based on performance throughout the league season:
- Accumulate Points – compete in eligible Elementary‑level tests and earn points
- Consistency Counts – the best results across the season determine qualification
- Leaderboard Ranking – high‑ranking horse‑and‑rider combinations qualify for the Championships
Key Notes:
- Both affiliated and unaffiliated competition results count
- Each horse‑and‑rider combination qualifies independently
- Qualification is confirmed by the Forces Equine committee prior to the Championships
This system rewards dedication, skill growth, and consistent performance.
